The department of Oral Medicine & Radiology performs clinical diagnosis and radiodiagnosis of various diseases of the Oral and Para oral structures. This department attends to an average of over 250 patients daily.

Our Vision is to provide training to students in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology with a three-pronged approach of University-based curriculum supplemented with Problem based learning and Critical analyses. This approach is designed to enable not only academic and clinical proficiency, but also potentiate the intellectual, rational and social ability of the student,resulting in Oral Pathologists who will excel inpatient care.

  • AERBV approved Radiology Unit.
  • Performing clinical examination of the oral and paraoral structures
  • Diagnosis of the lesions involving maxillofacial complex
  • Identifying oral manifestations of systemic diseases
  • Detection of oral potentially malignant disorders
  • Management of medically compromised patients through a multidisciplinary approach
  • Treatment of oral mucosal lesions
  • Management of Orofacial Pain
  • Management of TMDs
