Eligibility
Online payment facilities are intended solely for students, parents, legal guardians, or patients authorised to make financial transactions on behalf of an individual enrolled, seeking admission, or receiving clinical treatment at SAIDS.
Transaction Validity
A fee payment, admission registration, or clinical booking charge is considered successful and legally valid only when a system-generated electronic receipt is successfully issued by our portal and the corresponding funds are fully credited to the Institution’s designated bank account.
Convenience Fees & Gateway Charges
Standard payment gateway processing charges, banking convenience fees, or government taxes (if applicable) may be charged extra over and above the base institutional/clinical fee, depending on the chosen payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI). These charges are determined by the payment gateway provider/banking partners and will be clearly visible at checkout.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Users agree to contact the SAIDS Accounts Office directly to resolve any payment discrepancies, duplicate debits, or billing errors. Filing an unverified dispute or chargeback directly with your credit card network, issuing bank, or UPI provider without allowing the institution a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the transaction will be treated as non-payment of dues. This may result in the temporary suspension of the student's academic portal access, examination clearance, or clinical appointment scheduling.
7. Admissions and Appointments
Submission of admission enquiries, online applications, appointment requests, or online fee payments through this website does not guarantee admission, clinical treatment, or absolute confirmation. All requests are strictly subject to institutional policies, structural availability, eligibility verification, and formal approval by the respective academic or clinical departments.
