An Awareness Class on Hepatitis B was successfully conducted for students at SAIDS on March 1st, 2025, in the Lecture Hall. The session was led by Dr. Shaky, Assistant Professor, Department of Community Medicine, Malabar Medical College.

The class aimed to educate students on the causes, transmission, prevention, and management of Hepatitis B, a major global public health concern. Dr. Shaky emphasized the importance of vaccination, early diagnosis, and awareness in controlling the spread of the disease.
